Registration & Payment Information

REGISTER

Registration for the race is only possible online. Online registration can be done very simply by following the steps below:

1. Select the race you want from the tables at the bottom of the page or from the Races page by clicking on the "REGISTER" button.

You will then be taken to the "Registration Completion" page where you will need to fill in all the necessary fields with your details.

The registration process is completed by clicking on the "REGISTER" button,

You are then transferred to the secure environment of Piraeus Bank to pay the participation fee with your credit or debit card.

After payment you will be redirected to the "Registration Confirmation" page and you will receive an email to complete/confirm your registration.

PAYMENT

Payment is made exclusively by credit or debit card through the secure environment of Piraeus Bank.

REGISTRATION/PAYMENT DETAILS

Right of withdrawal (cancellation of participation at your own choice):
If you exercise your right of withdrawal until February 15th , the Organization will refund within 10 working days half of the value of your participation in the race you have registered, to a bank account that you will indicate to us.
After the above date, no refund is possible for any reason.
Each entry is nominal and unique for each athlete and therefore cannot be transferred to another person.
Your participation cannot be transferred to a future race date for any reason.
In case you apply to run in a race of a shorter duration than the one you have registered for, if your application is accepted (and has taken place before the above deadline), you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.
The choice of shirt size (commemorative) is binding and cannot be changed on the day of the race.
In case of postponement of the match by decision of the Organization for another date, you have 2 options:
Commit your participation for the next date set for the race you have chosen. Refund of your money to a bank account that you will indicate to us (with a 2€ deduction for bank charges).

PAYMENT

The Serres Circuit Run website ensures security for online payments, through a secure SSL (256 bit) protocol. This means that all your personal data is completely secure.

Important Clarifications

Right of withdrawal for race entries:
For the race being organised, you reserve the right to withdraw up to 30 days before the date of the race.
Each entry is nominal and unique for each athlete and therefore cannot be transferred to another person.

In the women's race the world record is held by Yalemzerf Yehualow with a time of 1:03:43, a record that was set in 2021 in Ireland.

The national record for women is held by Ourania Reboulis with a time of 1:11:52, which was set in 2016 in the Netherlands.
